still waiting

Well i called HCMC yesterday and they dont know whats going on and that someone will call me to see if my pych eval was even looked and by dr hartley or when they going to submit it to insurance im getting nervious maybe i gotta do some other requirements cuz it should take this long before they submit it to insurance they recieved my pysch eval last thursday. just frustrated from waiting.

Sorry you're having to wait so long. Have you been trying to call Jessica Martinez-Torres at HCMC? She's the one that submits to insurance but I know from experience she's extremely hard to get in touch with. Maybe you could call Christine Lundberg (NUT) to see if she can give you any info.

yes i been talking to jessica and she said she will call me this afternoon since she will be in clinic all day and will let me know whats going on with the paperwork. I just hope there nothing wrong with my pych eval or i need to do some extra stuffbefore they can submit to insurance
