I just want to say that these threads are SUPER helpful to me!!  While I don't eat pork or seafood (bummer) it does give me some good ideas of what meals look like and ideas for my own planning.

snack- 100 cal. strawberry cupcakes
L- Cranberry Chicken Wrap from Caribou coffee
snack- yogurt
D- Taco

3 cups coffee this morning
32 oz. water so far

I need to get back on track....
