Finally on solids doing okay could use some ideas sick of me as a newbie yet?

So am able to eat Deli Turkey and Ham roll-ups with Fat Free Cheese, 2-3 Crackers Ritz/Saltines, Toast, tried chicken went down okay but felt a bit queasy after eating it, Not sure what else to try  I have gotten sick, depending on the food, and my bad of not chewing well or eating to fast so still learning....Haven't tried hamburger, tried eggs but got sick so lil nervouse to try again....I am 7 weeks post-op tomorrow and feeling so much better since all the drama after surgery, just wishin I could get foods down and feel good afterwards. Any food ideas I should try that you may have liked at this point, would love some recommendations!

Thanks for the help and sorry I have SO MANY questions still!

*drool*  Sorry.. I CAN'T WAIT until I can eat most of that stuff. LOL.  Have you tried ground pork yet or pork cooked in a crock pot?  People say that's how they can make it the most tender and tolerable.

Started research @ 280 pounds
Surgery Date 05/27/09 @ 258 pounds

Focus on taking it one day at a time and eat what works..  Your new tummy has been through the ringer and introducing too much at once may cause trouble.  Wendys chili can be a good thing to try.  The ground beef is finely ground and it has lots of protien and fiber..
