TUES: How are you moving?

Today I plan to get outside and use my Nordic poles. Walking is a great stress reliever for me.

How are you moving?

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

It is off to the gym for me today.  I have learned that I can now balance well enough to use the eliptical with arms.  Kind of a neat thing!! 
I totally agree with you on the idea of exercise being a stress reliever- right now I don't know where I would be without it.

Nordic Poles, thats interesting, i guess you use your arms more with them??

I walked 2 miles this morning.  My legs are a little sore from pushing it on my bike last night.

I walked about 3.5 miles at lunch time today.  The weather was perfect, my shins were not, but they got better as I walked.
