OT - Still in Hospital/Surgery Tomorrow

Just a quick note to say I'm still stuck in the hospital.  My hemoglobin is better now, but the colitis isn't.  We've decided surgery is my best option now as the meds are no longer working.  Surgery is tomorrow and I should be here about a week after that.  I'm kinda overwhelmed with everything, but know it's what I have to do.  I'm not in the best mood right now, otherwise I'd write more.  I'll keep you all posted as I can.  You guys are the best!

My thoughts and prayers are with you as you go over this bump in the road to health. I know that spending time in the hospital and having additional surgeries is not your favorite way to spend time. Hopefully this will help relieve the colitis symptoms and keep your hemoglobin up at a nice level.  Call or write if there is anything I can do for you.

I'm sorry you have to have surgery, but maybe you will get wonderful results? Try to be positive.
