I have a lot to get done today but I'm going to try to get in a morning walk... or a night walk, depending on when I have time.

It is off to the gym this morning. I learned this weekend that even 35 minutes on the eliptical is enough to make me feel good all day. Who knows, maybe I can start going in a little bit later!! I will also do some strength training. I still want to know who invented some of these machines and moves!!!
