I have a lot to get done today but I'm going to try to get in a morning walk... or a night walk, depending on when I have time.

How are you fine folks moving today?

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

It is off to the gym this morning.  I learned this weekend that even 35 minutes on the eliptical is enough to make me feel good all day.  Who knows, maybe I can start going in a little bit later!!  I will also do some strength training.  I still want to know who invented some of these machines and moves!!!

I walked 2 miles this morning. I plan to walk again at lunch time and, hopefully, go on a bike ride tonight after work.

I walked 3 miles at lunch time.  What a beautiful day!

I rode my bike 13 or 14 miles after supper tonight.  I am going to have sore legs tomorrow.

Okay.. it's not actual exercise.. but it was a workout. I shampooed every carpet in my house, made about 50 or more trips up 2 flights of stair, Worked in the garden.

Is that enough?

 I am not short... I am fun sized!!
