SUN: How are you moving?

Today I am planning to get outside if the weather is nice!

They're letting me move to the window and look outside.  That's about the extent of it for me!

Out of bed and to the window is a start!!!  Maybe if you bribe the nurse they will let you walk down to a window in the hallway!!!  I know being in the hospital is not your first choice for a beautiful weekend!!

Me- I went to the gym this morning to meet a friend and did 2.75 miles on the eliptical (I even used the ones with the arms, yeah me~!!).  This afternoon I may go for a walk with a different friend or just go to the pool and soak up the sun.  Who knows!!

Thanks, Reenie.  Yeah, I finally am able to get up and walk the halls.  Not that I'm going too far carting this IV pole with me, though.  And I finally got one of the docs to let me have real food.  Well, as real as hospital food can be, that is. 

Just be sure to avoid the lime jello!!  There is something wholy unnatural about it!!  Hope you are sprung soon!!
