I use mayo- about 1 Tto a can of tuna. ('Some't fat is a good thing!)  Others have used Fage  or other Greek type yogurt

I use Miracle Whip Lite - just enough to make the tuna stick together.

Plain yogurt  & some mustard & dill relish.
Or, mashed avocado.

Have you tried ranch dressing?  I like to make my egg salad with a little mayo and a little ranch, and I'm sure it would be good with tuna, too.   I just discovered a Bolthouse Farms yogurt-based ranch in the refrigerated produce section at Cub, and it's amazing.
