 meal  1 cheese stick ,cheerios, apple                                                                                                        meal 2 lean cuisine                                                                                                                                      snack  nuts & lettuce                                                                                                                                          meal 3 eatting out at friends so no clue right now                                                                                    extra will most likely have a snack at coffee
