It's the same old fun supportive bunch meeting at the Caribou inside of Byerly's in Maple Grove starting at 8-8:30 a.m... going until... whenever!

We chat, laugh, laugh some more, hug, offer support... etc. Hope to see you there!

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.
