I remember seeing a recipe that OH'er put together once involving re fried beans and cheese.  If someone knows of this recipe or has a similar one please let me know.  I'm looking for additional protein.

I'm just being silly.. but what else is easier than just taking some refried, cheese, maybe some salsa or sauce, some black olives or any other ingredients you want, whirrling them up.. and having some yummy refried bean goodness! mmmm...

I know you're looking for a real recipie but I tend to think in simplicity!

Happy Hunting!

A recipe? No way!
Go to Taco Bell and for 79cents, get their Pintos & Cheese. YUMM-O!
They are so much smoother anyhow than what you can make at home IMO. I usually do make my own, but they are never as creamy. I do add taco sauce, but then you start adding carbs & those sneaky devils add up quickly.

Thanks I appreciate the tips.
