Exercise channels?
Hello, I am looking for some exercise programs on TV to do at home, but I am going nuts because I can't seem to find any! I have charter cable, anyone know of any channels in Minnesota that have exercise programs??

I don't have Charter, but Fit TV has workouts almost all the time I think. Charter has it on 325 it looks like part of an extra package:

I was able to find FitTv and I actually get it! I DVR'd several workouts, so we'll see how it goes. I remember seeing all these different workouts on TV in the morning and wouldn't you know, when your looking for them, you can't find them!
