First off, THANK YOU Elena for posting everyday! I haven't replied for a while but I do read them. My mind has been out of the game. After 3 months of being stalled I finally lost 2 pounds. I think I was getting in too much protien and not enough calories.
So for today....
B: Eggs w/a little crushed fiber one and Skinny Cow cheese
L: Cottage cheese with oranges
D: Grilled chicken beast and salad

I know what you mean with the stalls... they are killer, especially with the band. I guess we just have to "keep on keeping on" as hard as it is. Way to go on the 2lb weight loss!

I'm trying to do better; it helps to write it here and really see what I'm doing.
B: yogurt with blueberries, 1/4 bagel with vegan butter
L: 1/4 burger with bottom bun, 6 fries
S: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese
D: shredded beef with sour cream, cheese and lettuce
S: 7 junior mints
