If your poop floats...

...then you're excreting fat in your stool. That's according to Dr. Oz on Oprah today. Just thought I'd share.

He also shared a study that was done in Denmark that showed people who get adequate calcium in their diet excrete 100 percent more fat than those who don't.

Alright.. now I'll get back to watching Oprah, lol

Wonder if you're eating too much fat if it floats or that just means your not absorbing as much.  I should tell my sister to quit the Alli in favor of Calcium .

Glad I'm getting in my calcium every day.  And after getting off that dreaded prednisone, I'm starting to lose some of that extra weight I gained...I HATE THAT DRUG!

So funny....

I was flipping through channels and this exact topic was on when I hit channel 4!!!  I'm holding on to that calcim study - especially since I have been eating a lot of string cheese lately!
