still waiting

Had my last and final appointment today with the dietitian and she cleared me for surgery and just waiting on the pysch eval to be writen i had that appointment on tuesday i called her today and she said she will try to get it written and and transcribe by tuesday so it can be faxed to HCMC and im so ready so it can be submitted to insurance so i can get an approval and a date. The dietitian said there no reason why i wouldnt be scheduled the end of june or ealy july or middle july to be realistic.  Come on pysch write my eval so i can begin my new life

It's so hard to wait, isn't it.  Yes, I could tell you that it will happen faster than you think.  But when you feel like you're swimming in jello, it doesn't come soon enough!  Good luck to you. 

I'm waiting for my ins. co.'s approval (or denial), HCMC submitted it last week so we'll see. I'll be having Dr. Lederer also!

whos your insurance company mines health partners?

I had Christine Lundberg for my nutritionist and she said there isn't any reason she could
think of that they wouldn't approve me and she thought it would be this June or July. I have a 3rd party administrator for Medica called Benefit Plan Administrators and I haven't been happy with them at all. The last time I called them, the lady told me she didn't know what the requirements for WLS were and to just have HCMC submit!  So I'm anxious to see what they have to say. Actually I had a voicemail from HCMC today (they called home instead of work) so I'll call them back tomorrow to see if it has anything to do with insurance.

Yes i met with her today she is so sweet  that messed up that the insurance company doesnt know there own WLS requirements wow that crazy
