Sorry I am posting these early because it's one hour ahead here.
There are a ton of seafood places here so I am hitting the fish and crab hard!

b - 1/2c yogurt with 1/4 of a banana ( I need to add protein powder to this - only 4g as is :(
L - My "Stang's Fava Bean Delight" I posted receipe just recently on MN board
4pm - 1/2c of tuna salad with olives, cilantro, onion, peppers (It was just wonderful)
Not sure what else is on the menu tonight - but need to get the protein #'s up. Only 38.6g today.
My computer has been updated and is working much better! I'm thankful because I was eating better when I was posting here. I'm only two months out and waaay off track, which scares the beegeebees out of me. I'm so embarrassed to write this, but here's what I ate today.
B: I bite of a sausage biscuit sandwich, 1 cookie
L: 1/2 turkey sandwich on sourdough with lettuce and mayo, handful of potato chips, 1/2 pickle spear
S: 2 sf fudge bars
D: popcorn, buffalo chicken with blue cheese dressing, 2 bites of birthday cake (not mine)
