ilove writing my thoughts down it puts lots into focus. i have done all the psyc tests and have two more meeting with him one more dietician meeting and four call to change meetings im so close i can almost taste the skinny lol
It's good to write out your thoughts because it'll be great practice for when you go through your whole journey! Blog and write away... this is such a memorable journey! And before you know it.... skinny will be here!
