THURS: How are you moving?
I'm in Myrtle Beach and I reckon we'll be doing a lot of walking. We walked more than 2 miles yesterday and my feet are sore.

I just got into work following a trip to the gym. I did a total of 68 minutes of cardio, 1/2 on the eliptical and 1/2 on the bike. I am truly enjoying my bike times these days as that is when I have a chance to sit down and actually read the newspaper!! Gotta love it!!
I think I will take Elena's lead and set an exercise goal for next month. With summer on the horizon the opportunities for exercise and variety are even greater!
