I am in Myrtle Beach today and we're sticking to restaurants for the evening and eating in for the morning... protein and veggies with the occasional Pina Colada!

enjoy that pina colada and have a great time . Had kfc's new grilled chicken with coleslaw  at work not sure yet for rest of day, thinking deli ham and salad for next meal.

Is that chicken any good?  One person said it was greasy.  They wouldn't honor my coupon, so I didn't get anything.  Just wondering.

I am on my second day of liquids....resetting the pouch. Need to lose these few extra pounds...UGH!!!

OOPS - this should have been posted under Friday. . .

My computer has been updated and is working much better!  I'm thankful because I was eating better when I was posting here.  I'm only two months out and waaay off track, which scares the beegeebees out of me.  I'm so embarrassed to write this, but here's what I ate today.

B: I bite of a sausage biscuit sandwich, 1 cookie
L: 1/2 turkey sandwich on sourdough with lettuce and mayo, handful of potato chips, 1/2 pickle spear
S: 2 sf fudge bars
D: popcorn, buffalo chicken with blue cheese dressing, 2 bites of birthday cake (not mine)
