TUES: What are you eating?

Today I am getting back to my normal diet but just eating smaller meals. I realized that when I slack on my water, I get super hungry. I also realize that I do need another fill.

B: Protein - either yogurt or eggs/bacon
S: Banana
L: Meatballs
S: Cheese stick, coffee
D: Fish fillet w/ broccoli
