I am trying to do 6 small meals a day.

B: Yogurt
S: Lunch meat
L: Banana
S: Chili
D: Chicken/brussel sprouts

What are you eating?

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

I think enough is enough I have been at the same weight since March so I am going to try my hand at the PB Diet. Today is day #1 Wish me luck. I do wonder though I have found over the MB several variations? Which do you reccomend ?
