Product Review: Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt
on 3/31/09 11:25 pm - MN
A co-worker has been eating this yogurt at lunch so I thought I would give it a try.
It's the Dannon, Light & Fit, Diabetic Friendly, Carb & Sugar Control yogurt. It's sold in four packs of 4 oz cups - the package is mostly Red. There are 3g of Carbs, zero added sugar and 45 calories. I got the Vanilla creme and put it over strawberries with granola for breakfast and it's like eating dessert! It's absolutely fantastic!
I've only been able to find it at Super Target, not Cub.
Okay, slight caviot - I just went to their website to get a picture of the package and when I pulled up the nutritional information it said there was 60 calories, but I have a cup of it right in front of me and it says 45 calories on it. Don't understand that and 15 calories isn't that big of a deal...but how odd that they don't match - and I made sure it was the same amount....and it was 4 oz!
Anyway...enjoy if you're so inclined!

I never used to be a yogurt fan and I absolutely love this stuff.
It also comes in a strawberries and cream and blueberry. I have also found it at Walmart Super Centers (I have not found it in a regular grocery store).
Dannon recently changed the calorie content. It used to be 60 calories per 4oz but now they are between 45-50 calories depending on the flavor.
