Stress cravings??

I have never really been one to stress eat... unless you count boredom... but late I've noticed myself craving stupid things like Chipotle or chocolate...I don't give in to them that much, but they have been filling my head. How do you guys deal with those thoughts?

It has been the stress though I think... I have been trying to find a new job lately... and needless to say, the job market isn't so friendly...  Needless to say, I have had to watch my finances very closely.

Besides that, I had to take care of my grandma for 3 weeks, who constantly kept threating that she was going to die any minute.

My mother is now back from Europe... so the grandma situation is better...now that she wants to live a little longer (she missed my mom a lot).

So I am REALLY, REALLY hoping these cravings will go away soon...

Oh... here's a photo of my mom and I (after she got off the plane... so she looks tired.. though it's hard to believe she's a senior citizen... now she'll really kill me, lol)... I love this woman.

I ask myself, is this real hunger or just my head talking. I really try to pay attention to what my tummy is saying.

Hello Elena.....your mom is just as beautiful as you are!!

Head hunger is an on going problem that is for sure. Just do alot of self talk. It sure isn't always just that easy is it?  Try to keep busy and drink more flavored water. This is all about learning new eating habits.

Love ya...hugs.....connie d
