I found this at Holiday and boy is it NUMMMMMMMMY!!!

27g Sugar Alcohol

I know not all will be able to to try or have but for those who can IT IS NUMMMMMMY!!! AND it doesn't have the "protein" taste or after taste.
Just wanted share!

Good 'find' Sandie! I have those on hand the weekends I work, and yes, they are nummy! High sugar alcohol, so on those days, I up regular lean meat protein, and stick to all s/f for 24 hrs. Thanks for sharing hon! Hugs, Patti

Sounds good except all the sugar alcohol too much of that and I'm sicker than a dog. Yikes worse than dumping.

Hi Sandie....they sound good but too much sugar alcohol for me....I would get sick.
