OT Apt Rental Nightmare
Anyone know anything about how to get out of an apt that has turned into a mental and financial nightmare when the others on the lease won't sign a release to let you off the lease? Our daughter rents an apt with three other people, two of them have turned it into a living hell for the other two. It's a very long story there is so much that has gone on, but yesterday was really bad and two of them have got to get out of there somehow soon. Any advice? Any suggestions on where to go to get any?

WHat kind of property is it? Is it a private owned apartment or is it a government run place? They should be able to go to the manager and sign themselves off the lease without the others permission. I run a few different building up here and that is our policy. I run a sec 8 and a section 42 tax credit property PM me if you have any other questions, maybe I can help!

She has found two people to sublet to and the other girl living there always says no to whoever it is and refuses to sign the release to let our daughter move out and the other person move in. The other girl can continue to do that till the lease is up I guess and our daughter will never get out of there.
