Feeling Fat?
HI Linda Anne!
Good commentary! 'Feeling fat' is another lifetime battle.
I personally don't have that problem too often, but when I'm on a medication for foot pain, I notice the lbs. going up--a lb or two a week. I actually 'sleepwalk graze'--get out of bed and munch of something--like a few crackers or such. I go off the meds, and the weight goes down again. Today, I'm actually at a stable weight of 155. That means that according to the Plasma Clinic scale, I weight 155! Their scale is sooo accurate that I go by it. (And I'm still hoping to get at my goal of 150--or less.)
When I'm no longer able to tolerate the feeling of walking on broken glass, I go back on the meds. And that's the only time I feel fat--when the lbs. start creeping up because of the meds.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
