I'll try again, My 9th month check up
Good afternoon everyone......
Just thought I'd share my 9th month check up with you all......
We'll Im down 87 pounds.....From 229 to 142. From a size 20/22 to a size 6/8. From a 1x to a M......
My nurse said I'm doing great. Other than I need to only eat 3 meals, NO SNACKING...So I will need to work on that.....
A "WOW" moment happend at the clinic. Another nurse was walking by our room as I stood up to leave, she stopped, backed up and said, "You look great, How far out are you? And Look at those arms." I said I'm 9 months out, and Thank you my arms are just this way......This is the 2nd compliment on my arms being defined....So I think I may work with them to get even more defined.....That's my next goal......
My nurse's goal weight for me is 135-145. I would like to be 130, we'll see where the body decides to quit........
This has been quite a journey........So many "Wow's......New friendships......And a whole lot of OH family.......You all in some way or another have helped me along the way......THANK YOU.....I look forward to the next few months and years to come......

I feel so blessed that we have become such good friends - not just you and me, but our families as well. If'n you & Marty feel brave enough, me & Trav could haul both 4-wheelers up so the boys could do a little riding! (Trav's little 90cc has a speed limiter on it so Marek couldn't "catch air" or anything...

Thank you........I do feel good.....Didn't notice you grabbing anything......
You guy's are welcome anytime to come ride.....Marek has wheels on his snowmobile now till the snow fly's......He rides all over the yard and in the woods......I'm sure Marek would love to ride the 90cc......But only on our property, the cops around here are picky when it comes to kids riding to young......
I'm looking forward to all our upcoming adventures together.......The wedding is going to be a BLAST......

We'll have to make sure you get a sleeveless something to wear in the fashion show!!! LOL

Thank you......Yep, something sleeveless......I still can't believe I'm going to be in a fashion show......You'll never know what this means to me......Thank God there's no swim suits to model, No way could I show these wrinkly saggy thighs.......
I'm finally starting to see the weight loss.......My brain is finally catching up.......It's a nice feeling........

Kelly.... you are an inspiration to everyone that has always wanted to look 'normal' and just healthy and happy..... looking at you and how happy you are in your own skin is just one more reason why we have this wonderful WLS option!!
