Monday Coffee Talk
Good Monday morning everyone. I know you slept as good as I did. I sure needed it. It feels so good to wake up feeling refreshed. I've already put landry on this a.m. HEHEHEHE What a busy week this will be! I'm so excited to share the rest of my life with my 2 babies and the woman who has made me happier than I have been in a LONG time! I love Lucy! I'm so honored that many of you are coming and that you would want to come. It touches both Lucy and my heart. What an honor that our family will be there!
Our challenge today is to admit something you eat that you shouldn't and that you REALLy need to give up. Something we are NOT suppose to have. Admittion helps you realize it and even can help you focus on the problem. I'll start.........
My name is Randall and for the past 2 weeks I have started to drink Diet Coke again!! I've had maybe 7 or 8 and I REALLY want to stop! I promise today to NOT drink another one. Tuff to say, but it makes it easy now that I have said it. On the up beat, I have lost 6 lbs this past week! I want to lose 10 more.
So, who's up? What cha sipping on? Me? I'm loving me some Boca Java Blueberry Coffee this a.m. This stuff sure is good too. Only thing missing is you!!

It's my son's favorite treat, and mine apparently.....I want to loose these last 10+ pounds. I pledge to give up licorice.......
I'm sipping on some Hot tea, it's a little cool here this morning, were supposed to get rain, yuck......

Okay... Hello, my name is Darla, and I have a problem with Hot Tamales. I hardly ever buy them, but Bailey loves them too - and she leaves them sit by the computer (you know, her lifeline to the world?). So when I spend time on the puter at home, if they're there, I have a handful.
And as long as I'm in confession mode, I've dipped into my hubby's stash of Hershey's nuggets a few times, too - stress eating, something I never realized I did before. At least not consciously.
