One month post op

I had my RNY on August 19th...this past month has flown by! I have felt really well and have not had any problems.  I do pretty well with my foods and water intake. Rarely feel hungry, and when I do ,a small portion satisfies me.
 I am down 48 pounds since seminar and about 24 since surgery. I am finding I don't care so much about the number on the scale these days...feeling better is making me even happier. Looking forward to getting ok'd from my Dr. to join a gym.

Thanks to everyone  that has been so supportive and kind.

Wow Natalie, you're doing great! Funny how when you start to feel good, the number on the scale doesn't matter as much. That's so cool. Keep up the great work!

Glad to hear everything is going good.....Whoohoo on the 48 pounds......Make sure you take measurements, It's amazing how many inches you loose in a month........

CONGRATS TO YOU!!!   And you are SOOOOO right, that feeling better is WAY more significant than the number on the scale!  Just keep that in mind when you seem to hit a stall, 'cuz your body will need the time to "snug up" - if you're not dropping pounds, you're dropping inches!  And it's ALL GOOD!!!
