Just for one week...hump day

I figured I'd post this before people woke up...though it's 1:25 a.m..lol.

How is everyone who signed up for the challenge doing? Check in if you have time!!

So far I walked 15 minutes on Monday and Tuesday... hopefully Wednesday will be as successful.


2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

Good job! I didn't sign up this week, but as a cheerleader would like to suggest you remove the "hopefully" from your post and change to. I know today is going to be a nice day out, so I'll walk Wednesday too.

Well.........To be honest, I didn't walk on the treadmill on Monday. (Bad girl)

I did however walk on it yesterday, and burned 328 calories in 30 minutes, and worked out on the home gym & did sit up's.

WTG for getting in your walks.........

Gee--you're quite the early bird--or is it night owl??

YAY you for keeping up with your walking!  Like Kristy says--put a positive slant on it--you WILL walk Wednesday!  Friday is supposed to be beautiful out--should be good for more walking!

This week I'm being trained to take over for my section supervisor who will be on holidays for the next two weeks, so I'm getting a lot of hours. (They see my value as an 'oldie'!)  As previously mentioned there is a lot of walking on this job, so as my hours increase, so will my walking. (D'UH!)  I'm thinking maybe I should invest in a pedometer.

After work I'm going and donating a litre of plasma.  My good deed for the week!

Good Job everyone!  I've been doing not so good.  I did not get home on Monday until 10pm and was exhausted after working my 2 jobs that day ...I did however have to walk 10 blocks that day due to the bus being re-routed, so I tried to make the most of that.
Last night we had company for dinner....they didn't leave until 10pm...again..!

Tonight I have a coffee meeting and some shopping to do, but darn it, the video is only 20 minutes, I WILL DO IT TONIGHT!

Way to go!!!! Even 20 minutes can be hard to get in sometimes! You can do it though! :-)
