Gala Planning Meeting 7PM - Sept 17

Fall Gala Meeting
Wednesday, Sept. 17th, 7:00PM
Medina Entertainment Center
located in Medina, MN, just 4 miles west of Hwy 494 on Hwy 55!

At this meeting we will discuss:
* sign-up count
* advertising & how to get the word out
* donations for the silent auction, & possible gala bags & door prizes
* program & pix
* table hosts
* Medina info follow-up
* etc. 

We will meet in the restaurant.  If you plan to attend this meeting,
please RSVP asap.
