Woo Hoo...I did it
I just took my first Pilates mat class.
I could do most of the moves. Had a hard time with my roll up (sit up) and the press(?) (push up) but she says that my lats have probably not been used for a while and my pecs took over. So I have something to work for. It was fun to feel my muscles working again.
I also got in my 3m walk and did weights (1 of 3 for the week-Elena) earlier this morning.
I'm an exercise machine......woo hoo!!
