COLD Tuesday Coffee Talk
Good COLD Tuesday morning! WOW! Talk about a CHILLY wake up call. It is 43* up here. I am in Wisconsin Dells, Wis. I still have a few more hours to go to get to Lucy's. I drove as far as I could then I had to get some sleep. I slept pretty good too.
So, who's up? What cha sipping on? Me? I'm sitting in a ski lodge McDonald's enjoying some Macky D's coffee. They have SUGAR FREE Syrups here! Talk about northern perks! LOL It sure is good too.
Our challenge today is to be more accepting of others. Too many times we are stand offish. Is it ok to use that or is it not a word. I say it is because that is the way we are too many times. We need to accept others, love others, and appreciate diversity more. Does it mean we have to engage in what we do not like? No it doesn't. But it does mean we are to love others more. Love covers a multitude of uglyness. Let us never push one away because we think they are different. Let us never push one away because they don't look like we do. May we always show love to EVERYONE! MmmMMMM Who was that guy that taught us this?

I am so happy for both of you. I was planning on coming down tonight, but just don't think I will be able to. With the high cost of gas, and a work night, I better not....Need to stay home and take my walk like I am committed to and catch up on laundry from the weekend!!!

Yes it is a cool morning today.......but nothing compared to what is ahead!!
I won't be able to join all of you for coffee tonight. I got home too late from Iowa last night. Nic got sick from his chemo yesterday and I stayed until I knew he would be okay. He is in the proccess of more chemo now....hope it goes better for him today.
I will see you and my dear sweet Lucy in just a little while....at the WEDDING!!!
