Errgghhh.... it is to arrive here at 11:45.... or NOW!

The woman in charge bought enough to "feed an army" to celebrate the fact that we made it through RNC week.

Ergh...... pizza is a trigger food for me... naughty naughty.... I stay away from 'real' pizza and do substitutes instead.....

Errrrrrrghh... needing to vent!

Oh, I feel for you! Pizza is my absolute favorite food and yes, I have a hard time limiting myself.

Sending strength out to you!

Stay on OH and post and read and read and read til lunch is over, or the pizza is put away. I feel for you, really hard to stay away, but I bet you'll do it!

Aw man! It's a bummer but also one of those real life situations we have to deal with.

Do you have WL friendly foods and snacks at work Elena to get you through these times? Or, can you head out and take a short walk?

Looks like I actually dealt with it pretty well.. thanks to the support here. I took two pieces, bit each one about 4 times... and then lost my appetite because it was so greasy.... threw it out. That's the end of that!!

Looks like by the time I read this (feeding at the barn) was over and you handled it well.

Work stuff will always happen, that's when you grab ahold of that steering wheel Barb always talks about and hand on tight, white knuckle it if you have too.  The more you work around temptations at work, the more people know what to expect from you and the more confidence you gain yourself and then .there's no more explaining to do.

I will be at Corporate headquarters for the next three days so, I hope to stick to my own advise, but I am planning on staying in a hotel that has a frig, kitchenette and microwave, so I can take a cooler of stuff.  I also know that one of the nights is at Green Mill, so I looked at their menu on line today and know what choioces I am comfortable with, practice sometimes doesn't make perfect but it sure makes better prepared!
