Just for this week CHALLENGE
Here is a list of the one thing that people commited to doing for this week:
Lori Pool – Exercise (do you want to set how much?)
Kelly – Work out every day on the treadmill
Kelly F. – Stop eating Natures Valley Oats and Honey granola bars
Teri W. – Take ALL vitamins daily
Darla – Track food every day
Jess – Make it to the YMCA at least 4 times with at least one hour of cardio
Heidi P. – Exercise every day using WW DVD
Patti T. – Not smoke
Elena – Do 15 minutes of exercise daily
Sandy - Lift weights 3 days during the week
Natalie E. - Go for a walk daily
Sherry - Eat at the table with no book or TV
NicoleLynn - Do at least 20 minutes of exercise 6 days
Lorri K. - Go to the YMCA 3 times and do 30 minutes on the treadmill
Take the time today to think about what steps you need to take to get this done every day. Do you need to write exercise time into your planner? Put a pad of paper and a pen in your purse to track food? Make sure your vitamins are out on the dinner table? Obviously feel free to reply and discuss...

WOW! I actually quit smoking Friday afternoon at the campground! Haven't desired one since Saturday noonish, though got over it! Definitely mind over matter! With camping, ensured the focus was on the experience, not the food, though we ate so darned good was certain to have gained five lbs BUT NO , I lost a pound over the weekend without even trying! Sure helped to have the S'mores high-protein meal replacement bars along for Fri and Sat nights! I LOVE camping, especially with a Pro Boy Scout! We're going back the weekend of Festival of Lights 9/26 - 28. Whooo Hooooo! Best wishes to all, and particularly for anybody who's struggling! It truly IS mind over matter--be stronger than the urges! Hugs, Patti
Never let your memories be greater than your dreams.
