I am not really new, but I don't post nearly as often as I should. My name is Rose I had surgery April 2, 2008. So far I have lost 97.6 pounds. I realized last week that I need more support than I was giving myself. I went to my WLS support group meeting last week and it just made me realize how much I need you guys. I will me posting much more now a days. I realize how important it is to have a strong support group around you. Anyway, just wanted to say HI!

You are SO RIGHT, you DO need more support than you can give yourself - because you will be WAY harder on your self when you don't need to be, and you will be TOO EASY on yourself when what you REALLY need is a butt-kickin'!
