GI tomorrow

I called in to the Dr. this morning complaining that food seemed to get stuck in the back of my throat. I thought if I was full or things weren't going down they'd get stuck in the pouch. Trying to get my tiny pill down in the morning is the worst. Anyway they want me to have an upper GI tomorrow morning and then meet with him to see what the results are.

Becky,  Way to be proactive and get in and get things looked at now before they become a serious problem.  I hope that it all turns out okay!

Becky...I am glad you are taking care of this now. Too many times people put things like this off and suffer needlessly.

The longer I sit here, the more nervous I get. How in the world do you drink that stuff down if you have a small pouch? Am I going to get sick? Maybe it's nothing and I should cancel? If there is an obstruction, what is the treatment? Not another hospital bill. Oh the mind goes through awful scenarios!!!
