Where's Kelly?

Kelly was supposed to go back to work on Tuesday, but she hadn't been returning my emails since then to see how it went. I just received a phone call from her in the hospital. She's been there since Sunday night.

She got the foamies really bad and couldn't stop throwing up. The ER wouldn't call our surgeon so she had to wait until Tuesday morning to see him. He informed her that she had an obstruction. Her intestine had folded and twisted so he had to do another surgery. She stopped throwing up, but can't go pee so they are keeping her. Hoping maybe tonight or tomorrow.

She's just kinda bummed, but told her it'll be smooth sailing from here.

Becky~Thank you for posting this, that does not sound pleasant, but I am glad that they got it fixed and the vomitting has stopped.  I too will send up prayers for a speedy recovery.  ~Nicole

Oh No...that isn't good news. Sorry to hear she is having such a rough time!!

I will send some prayers her way.

How awful! I hope I never have to go to that ER! Hope she is on her feet soon.

OH, poor thing! I can't imagine all that, and what a crappy ER, why wouldn't they call her surgeon I wonder. WIshing her a VERY speedy recovery and NO more problems from here out.
