Everyone said i would be gassy  but i not.  i do however burp alot.  I hope thsi is normal or just my way of expeling gas.

Holy Hannah, almost 50lbs !!! Way to go, that's so exciting.

Speaking of burping, do all post OPs burp alot, or is it a common thing? A neighbor of mine had RNY and burped ALL the time. Just curious.

CONGRATS....my advice would be to walk to start the exercise program.  Take it slow as your body is still healling and adjusting but YOU CAN DO IT!!!!

Congrats on the loss!!!!

Don't worry about exercise right now -- just do light 2 pound weights while sitting for the arms for another 2 weeks -- you are still healing.

I wasn't gassy either -- the more you walk  , the less gas.  But the food processing gas is still to come!!!!

Keep working your tool!!!!

I burped a lot. Not too gassy, also my nose would run when I was full.

Congrats on the great weight loss!

Some people burp and others fart.

In the early days after my surgery I could clear a room in no time flat. Thank heavens--no, I guess that should be GLADE, for the tiny can of air freshener called ULTRA.  It saved the air for many people!

Anyway--it's a good idea to get into the habit of exercising, even if it's a good walk. Fresh air is even good for your little one.
