Edi and Linda how was your visit?
Hi! And Gloria say****o everyone! Linda, Tracy and I visited Gloria for a couple hours and shared experiences, clothes, and other stories. She was really tickled to have us come and see her and was still in awe of all the cards she received from everyone here. She's down over 42 pounds, energy level is up and she has wonderful family and friend support! We went through clothes that Linda and I bought at Savers for her, some of Tracy's clothes and then a bag of clothes that I wore 20 years ago when I lost a lot of weight thru W.W. I ended up taking back some of those clothes!!! Who can say they fit into something they wore twenty years ago and they're still in style!!! Tracy picked up a nice pair of jeans that I found at Savers. So all in all, we were pretty happy with our little "style show". Gloria and her sister had canned some sauces and she gave each of us a jar of peach marmalade type stuff and I think the other had pineapple in it. Sugar free and nutricous to boot!! It's wonderful over grilled chicken and ice cream. 
She wrote down the date for Swapkins and hopefully she'll come up that weekend. Now that she's back to school (she's a special ed teacher), she'll have access to a computer during the day. I told her to get online and join the MN forum! The weather was gorgous too, so all in all, we had a great time!! I'll post the pictures we took when I get them from Gloria...of course my camera batteries decided to die.
