Friday Coffee Talk

WOO HOO!!  It is FRIDAY!!  The weekend is just about here.  Just a few more hours and most of you will get a long weekend.  It's gonna be a wonderful day.  Don't cha just love Fridays? 

Our challenge today is to live like you were dying.  No truer song has ever been written.  We aren't promised tomorrow, today, or even the next second.  We need to live every day to it's fullest.  As someone who has faced death 3 times, I have learned that I am going to live every day and enjoy my life.  Life is too short for trivial mess.  Life is too short to not enjoy living.  We have a choice to love life, or to just exist.  Too often, we just exist and life passes us by.  I dare you to change that today if that is you.  Live a life that LOVES.  Live a life that enjoys life.  LIVE LIKE YOU WERE DYING and LOVE YOUR LIFE!!

So, who's up?  What cha sipping on?  Me?  I'm loving me some Maxwell House regular blend and it is so good this morning.  I love my coffee!  I had to go 24 hours w/o it for my stress test (which went great by the way) and I sure did miss my coffee!  LOL  Imagine that!  I didn't get a head ache nor did I get sick not having it so I am not addicted to the caffeine.  LOL  I JUST LOVE MY COFFEE!  As soon as I was allowed to have it, I left the Dr.s office and went to Village Coffee.  HEHEHHEHE

Good post....I know I take my life for granted........We do need to love our life and live it like it's our last day.

I'm sipping on some Hot Tea this morning, & taking it easy today.....The Ablation surgery yesterday went well, hopefully it takes care of all my female problems.

Thanks....Today I'm dealing with a headache & nausea......Not fun........But I hope this Ablation works it will be worth it....

Amen to that! Close calls are wake up calls.   They remind us to appreciate what's important, stop and smell the roses, skip the stresses and make sure you let those you love know it.  Each day is a gift.   I so enjoy your posts, I haven't had my surgery yet(hoping the surgeon approves me) maybe will have it in October.  And just so you know I love my coffee to (i was afraid i wouldn't be able to have it after)      Have a Most wunnerful day!     Jen

AMEN, Brother Randall!   I have found that when I live my life to be happy, I AM happy!  Even the things that usually cause me anxiety don't seem so bad when I live life to enjoy it. 

I'm so glad your test went well!  And like Paul said, you best plan to keep posting for your MN family, or we'll come take Lucy back!!
