Jennifer..... Barb..... anyone? Can you please give me the recipe for your breadless pizza? It may just be what I need to curb my junk food cravings of late..

If there is a link or if you could post it here or PM me... that would rock...

I am very spatula-challenged  so specific amounts, times, heats, would be appreciated...

THANKS!!

I have one that I got off of eggface's page.( I think) LOL

Meat crust Pizza:

In a bowl mix 1 pound of extra lean ground beef,
10 crushed whole wheat crackers
2 whipped eggs.

Press evenly into a large enough baking sheet to make a thin crust.
Bake at 350 until brown (about 10 - 15 minutes) remove from oven and top with zesty pasta sauce (I use Hunts zesty red pepper)
Top with all of your favorite must have pizza ingredients and lots of cheese (FF).
Bake again for 15 minutes or until topping are perfect.

NOTE This is VERY filling. One pizza makes me 12 - 16 servings  I top two sides differently to make variety.

Once the pizza is cold and cut up it freezes well with two layers of plastic wrap.

Sorry I don't have any stats for this one and have not tried it as I am to early out

I was really interested in the one with the parmesan crust!  I LOVE cheese that gets melted ALMOST to the point of being burned, and think that would make an AWESOME pizza!!!

Okay here's my receipe I was telling you about.

Crust
1lb of ground beef extra lean
20 all wheat cracker crushed
2 eggs

Mix together and press into baking sheet and bake at 350 of 10-15 minutes until brown.
Then add sauce and favorite topping and bake another 10-15 minutes.

You can also use fiber one cereal crushed instead of crackers. I add parmesan and seasoning as well.
This was in a cookbook posted several months ago on the main board and I love it.

They both sound good. Can't wait until I get to the stage of eating/chewing again.
Ok, silly question.... what is PNC support group?

PNC = Park Nicollet Clinic.  Many of us had our surgeries through Park Nicollet, but the support group meetings are open to EVERYONE!  Free, even!  They are held on the 1st through the 4th Wednesday evenings every month by the clinic in St. Louis Park, and one Tuesday evening per month in Burnsville.

You should come!!!
