Thursday Coffee Talk
Good Thursday morning everyone. Time to rise and shine. Gotta head out this morning. I have a stress test so I'm outta here pretty quick. It is suppose to take 4-6 hours due to I can't do the physical test so it is a chemical stress test. Just a follow up. Nothing serious.
Our challenge today is to not let the stress of life get you down or beat you up. Lucy and I have both been under some stress with the wedding, her move, her job, and making sure Torey and Allison are in school and other things. I am sure you have your issues that cause stress as well. We can not let these things get to us. Stress will make you sick, take your joy, and take your mind off of what is important. Focus, breathe, and let the stress go! We have to!
So, who's up? What cha sippin' on? Me? NOTHING!! NADA!! ZILCH!! I can't have anything until around noon. You KNOW when I am able though, that I will be heading to the NEAREST Coffee shop!! Starbuck's or Village coffee one will kNOW I have been there!
I'm excited that I get to meet some wonderful board friends that I haven't seen in a while today also. Ya'll have a blessed day and know that you are loved!

Good post, Yep stress is a killer.......I know when I'm going through stuff stress just makes it all worse.......I will take this challenge today......It will be easy since I'll be sleeping for most of it.
I'm having my surgery today......To hopefully clear up female issues....

Good Morning Randall!!
I have some major stress going on that is for sure!! If you read my post a couple days ago you know Nic's cancer did not go away in his femurs as they first thought. Now with the new hot spot behind his heart this is really doing us all in! It is spreading and that isn't a good sign. Please keep him in your prayers....thank you!
Not sipping anything....just had my breakfast and need to wait one hour to drink....UGH!! That hour seems two hours long!
