WOW for me

Hello my WLS friends!!!!

I have been so busy this summer that I haven't been able to make it many coffees/support group meetings.........looking forward to fall and a "normal" schedule.  I miss my friends.  I always tell everyone that one of the most important parts to a successful outcome is the suport we receive from each other at our groups. 

Friday I went and had my wedding rings resized!   Figured it was time.   I went from an 11 to an 8!!!  Yeah for me!   I went for years not being able to wear my rings because I was too fat.   Then I had that window during weight loss when they fit again and I loved it.   Last time I wore them they fell off and flew down the hall at work so they were sent back to my jewelry box for awhile.   They're baaaaack!!  Can't weight to pick them up from the jeweler.  Hey....it's the little things that make us say  AH HAH!!!!

I don't always post but I try to check in the the board to see what's going on.   Keep up the good work my friends!!!!

How exciting!!! I bet it will look gorgeous on your much thinner hands!  It's always so fun to put rings up--they clean them so well and they are all sparkly!

That is an awesome WOW.........So glad you'll be able to wear them again........Mine don't fit either, I can't wait to get to goal and have them re-sized smaller.......

That's a fantastic WOW - I know that I am missing my rings - they don't fly down the hall yet, but I'm afraid that I will lose them when I get my hands wet so I don't wear them.  My heart would break if I lost them.  I know it will mean a lot to me when I get to wear them again so I fully appreciate the significance of your WOW moment - Keep up the great work!
