I had a good time at MG coffee (and all the other coffees I've been to) and all the events and outings we've all done here.

In just 3 short months, I've made friendships with the most wonderful people out there... you all are just fantastic. My success so far is hugely thanks to all of you.

And after crying a bit... I decided to thank you all for being the wonderful people you are - both those that I have met and those that I haven't.

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.
