Home from the hospital
Natalie,
So glad that you are home! Glad to hear that. Good also to hear that things are going well. I was lucky and was able to be comfortable in the hospital. I tell you though, my chair at home is much more comfortable!
I am doing crystal light, decaf iced tea, and water. I am also doing SF carnation instant breakfast. It allows you to get protein in as well due to the milk and the protein in the mix. I also am adding some protein powder that I got a Valley Natural foods.
Concentrating on eating my three meals a day and getting my fluids in, but also watching my protein to get to the goal of 60 grams.
How is your pain level doing?

WOW Natalie!
Welcome home and I'm thrilled to pieces everything's gone so well. So glad you're home and on the losers bench--rather comfy here, huh?! And please don't get fixated on the almighty scale.Tracking regular measurements will be immensely helpful down the road when the weekly (?) weigh-in stagnates. Photos and measurements will help your head 'get it' as well. Best of the best to you
hon! Gentle hugs galore, Patti
