Might help with the surfing. You could always tell family "it must the meds" if they embarrass easily. So glad to hear you're out and on the mend! Prayers for a fast recovery coming your way.

I was in ICU my first night after surgery (due to sleep apnea). I had two cute male nurses - loved 'em! They gave me back rubs and came in to say goodbye when they left their shift. All the staff was good, but I liked these guys better than the female nurses!
