I've been right where you are and it's scary as hell...

Don't "guess it has to be done"  honey, it DOES have to be done or you can expect it to get worse and worse...  I guessed and ended up with a knife at my throat...  don't let that happen to you, PLEASE!  What was worse was having my son witness it all...  he's 27 now and still remembers... and he was so young.

Be safe and be strong and holler if you need to talk.  I'm here as we all are, ok?
