Cathy moved into a great new place with a fabulous party room she has reserved for a little get together. It will be great fun!

End of summer pot luck!

* Come and share your experiences with others.
* Meet new people.
* Bring your favorite recipe to share with all.
* Enjoy low carb drinks.
* Bring your favorite WLS friendly dish to share (there is a full kitchen in the room)

Do you know of someone that just isn't sure if WLS is for them or not? If so, bring them with! Just like any other get together, this gives them a chance to ask questions and to hear of others experiences.

I would love for kids to be there but think it would be best for them not to attend since we'll be serving alcohol. Ya never know how silly us gals/guys could get.

I really wish I could go. My family is coming in form out of state to go to the MN state fair. If something comes up and they can't make it I'll keep this in mind for a back-up.
