I am a very proud mom.....

Howdy everyone........been awhile since I have posted!!  Last week was crazy....my son showed Zoie at the county fair.

He did so well for his first year...he won Reserve Champion in his age group.  Even won his first trophy for the championship.

I dont know how to copy pictures to the post, so please feel free to look at his pictures on my profile.

Zoie and I are showing Saturday at a show in Braham...wish us luck!!  Now it's time for us to get ready for the State Championship Show that we are competing in mid September at the State Fair Grounds.

Congrats to your son on his great accomplishment!

Good luck  at the show in Braham and also at the Championship Show in September.

I just might come to your get together. I still have to wait until my grandson's testing is done this week before I commit to anything.
I will let you know if I can make it...sure sounds fun!! Is it a BYOB and a Pot luck??

Thank you for the congrats and good luck, greatly appreciate it.

I will be providing the meat for the BBQ and lemonade/pop...you can bring a side dish to share and what ever else you would like to drink...so yes it is a BYOB and Potluck.  Also need to bring your lawn chairs...let's hope for great weather :)

Hope all is well with your grandson and hope you can come to our party...would be great to finally meet you :)

I am extremely proud.  My parents were there during the awards ceremony and not sure if it was because we were over tired or what, but they announced him as reserve champion over all for his age group and we started screaming and then tears came...LOL  silly huh!!

I am competing at the State Fair Grounds on September 19th...it's free to come and watch so let me know if your interested in coming.  It's the state championship, meaning that anyone that has received a first or second place at any competition in the state competes at this championship show...so we are looking at maybe 50 - 70 horses in my class...YIKES!!!

Hey Jodi - that's AWESOME!   Levi ought to be real proud - that's GREAT!

It's looking better for your BBQ, I'm probably taking my mom to Willmar this weekend instead of that one (my dad's twin is failing, mom's scared to death we'll lose her soon).  So I hope it's okay if I can't say 100% until next week, but I'd sure love to!  Chairs, bug spray, side dish and lots of MINTS!!!

We only have the two horses now...Rockie and Sierra have been given away...so Zoie and Roanie have been getting spoiled!!

They're our favorites, anyway! 

(Roanie.... lol.... I really thought it was short for "Maca"  ...!)

How VERY awesome!!! I would love to come see you compete at the State Fair. That would be fun. If someone else wants to go I just may make it. I don't want to go alone, though.

Can't make it to the bonfire.   I have to work. Darn!
